Is it safe, and what are the risks?

Because the nose has important blood vessels, rare but serious complications are possible, which is why anatomy, technique and conservative correction matter.

Can filler make my nose smaller?

No. Nose filler can’t reduce the size of your nose. It’s best for smoothing, adding volume and balancing an asymmetrical shape, which can make the nose look straighter and more refined.

How long does it last?

Results are temporary and often last several months or longer, depending on your anatomy and the product used. The filler is gradually broken down by the body.

Is it painful?

Most clients feel only mild pressure or a quick pinch. Numbing is used for comfort, and many fillers contain lidocaine.

What filler is used?

Hyaluronic acid filler, a substance found naturally in the body and used in many of today’s most popular injectables. Hyaluronic acid filler can also be dissolved if needed.

Can nose filler be dissolved?

Who is not a candidate?

Filler may not be appropriate if you want a smaller nose, need major structural changes, have breathing problems, have had recent nose surgery, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Dr. Parvina will tell you honestly if filler isn’t right for you.

Can it fix a crooked nose?

It can help a slightly crooked or uneven nose look straighter by balancing certain areas. It cannot correct significant structural deviation, which may need surgery.

How is it different from rhinoplasty?

A non-surgical nose job adds strategic volume with temporary filler and limited downtime. Surgical rhinoplasty changes the structure permanently and involves a longer recovery.
