Pari Luxe Aesthetics Inc., doing business as Pari Med Spa (“Pari Med Spa,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you visit our website, book an appointment, communicate with us, or receive treatment at our Staten Island and Brooklyn locations. By using our website or services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1 · Information we collect

Information you provide

Contact and identity details such as your name, phone number, email address, date of birth and mailing address.
Booking and payment information when you schedule or pay for services. Bookings and payments are processed through Square; we do not store full card numbers on our website.
Health information you share with us for treatment, including medical history, medications, allergies, aesthetic goals and signed consent forms.
Photographs taken before, during and after treatment for your medical record and to track your results.
Communications you send us by phone, text, email, website chat, social media or contact forms.
Financing information you submit to a third-party financing partner, which is handled under that partner’s own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages and the date and time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Information from third parties

We may receive information from our booking and payment platforms, financing partners, review sites and social media platforms when you interact with us there.

To schedule, confirm, remind you of and manage appointments.
To evaluate your candidacy for treatment and to provide, document and follow up on care.
To process payments, packages, gift cards and refunds.
To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
To send service messages and, only with your consent, promotional messages.
To operate, secure and improve our website and services.
To comply with legal, regulatory and medical record-keeping obligations, and to protect our rights, our patients and others.

3 · Health information and HIPAA

Health information you provide as a patient is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and New York law. How we use and disclose protected health information is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available at either location or on request.

Please do not send medical details through our website forms, website chat, social media messages, general email or text. These channels are not intended for confidential medical communication. Call us or share health information in person at your visit.

4 · Photographs

Clinical photographs are part of your medical record. We will never use your photos, name or likeness in our marketing, website, social media or before & after galleries without your separate written authorization. You may revoke that authorization at any time for future use by contacting us in writing.

5 · How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

Service providers that help us operate, such as Square for booking, payments and texts, and payment, texting, email, website hosting and analytics providers, who may use it only to provide services to us.
Financing partners when you choose to apply for financing.
Healthcare providers and laboratories involved in your care, as permitted by law.
Legal and safety purposes, such as complying with law, court orders or regulators, and protecting the rights, property and safety of Pari Med Spa, our patients or others.
Business transfers in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our practice, subject to applicable law.
With your consent or at your direction.

6 · Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the site and measure our advertising. Third-party tools such as analytics, advertising, embedded video, maps and booking widgets may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly. We never use health information for advertising.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally, and we do not send health information to Google. Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), to measure the results of our ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited our website. The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to record that a page on our site was viewed, along with information such as your browser, device and IP address. We do not send the contents of our contact form or any health information to Meta. You can manage how Meta uses this information in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block these cookies in your browser.

7 · Text messages and email

Our text messages are sent through Square. If you provide your mobile number, you agree that we may send appointment confirmations, reminders and service-related texts. Promotional texts are sent only if you opt in, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

8 · Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no website, transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use our website and send information to us at your own risk.

9 · Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including medical records for the periods required by New York law, and as needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

10 · Your choices and rights

You may request access to or correction of your information, ask us to delete information we are not required to keep, opt out of marketing messages, and request a copy of your medical records as permitted by law. Some requests may be limited by medical record-keeping and legal requirements. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity.

11 · Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through our website. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

12 · Third-party websites

Our website links to third-party sites and services such as booking, payment, financing, gift card and social media platforms. Their own privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
